All form submissions are automatically submitted to the DRS Help Desk ticketing system. Confirmation for the requested event will be sent to the contact specified on the form.
Each form submission generates an Email receipt with the details of the request. We recommend that you keep a copy of this receipt for verification of the details provided on the initial request.
If you do not receive a confirmation for the event, please contact DRS Support at the phone number provided on the right.
When calling about a previously submitted videoconference request, please refer to the ticket number provided in the help desk confirmation Email. This will ensure that support staff are able to reference all event details and notes.
